Fred and Ted

I wrote this book to help children build meaningful life skills they can use in their friendships and relationships. Through gentle, engaging lessons, it encourages kids to see situations from different perspectives and offers practical tools for maintaining friendships even when conflicts arise. The story also reminds children to talk to a trusted adult, think before they act, and choose kindness. At its core, this book nurtures understanding, honesty, empathy, personal growth, and forgiveness.
